Mamie’s Sweet Potato Crunch
Sweet Potatoes
  1. Cook sweet potatoes in oven or microwave until tender. Let them cool, then remove from the skins and mix with other ingredients. Place in a small casserole dish.
  2. Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl. Spread in an even layer over the sweet potato mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until filling is warmed through and topping is browned.
