26-minute Pepperoni Pizza from Scratch

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and milk and mix until combined. Dough will be somewhat clumpy.
  3. Place lump of dough in greased pan, and using hands, press it into the bottom of the pan, trying to keep it an even thickness. It doesn’t have to look pretty- it will be all covered up by sauce and cheese soon!
  4. Place crust in oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Crust will be just starting to get golden around the edges.
  5. Place sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on the pizza. Sprinkle Italian herbs over the top.
  6. Bake until until cheese is melted and toppings are warmed through (about 5-10 minutes). Enjoy!
